The journal serves as a dedicated platform for the publication of research covering all aspects of hematology. Key focus areas include hematological malignancies (chronic lymphoproliferative disorders, multiple myeloma and other monoclonal gammopathies, acute leukemias and myelodysplastic syndrome, myeloproliferative chronic diseases etc.) and rare hematologic diseases (porphyrias, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, amiloydosis, Gaucher disease, mastocytosis, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria etc.). By concentrating on both fundamental and clinical hematology, the journal aims to provide hematologists with the latest research, diagnostic advancements, and treatment innovations in the field.

This journal is an open source of information for haematologist. Here are published articles with novelties in hematology, articles which reflect real problems encountered in current practice.
